The fee for insurance and coverage is included in the rental fee.
In the event that the Renter or the Driver is liable as stipulated, insurance payment or compensation shall be paid in accordance with the liability insurance contract which the Company has executed with regard to the Rental Vehicle or the Companyfs compensation system but not exceeding the following limits below.

When you (the renter and/or additionally authorized drivers) cause injury and/or damage to a third party and/or Hero Travel Support, you shall be liable for indemnification. Hero Travel Support provides the coverage described above respective course. It, however, is to be noted that you shall bear the specified deductible amounts.
ŸCollision Damage Waiver(CDW)
–This is not insurance
Hero Travel Support will waive your responsibility for the damage involved, caused by collision or rollover, provided that you accept CDW at additionally nominal fees at the time of rental. If accidents occur twice or more, CDW shall cover only the first accident. (You are neither to cancel nor to accept CDW during the rental, once you accept or decline it at the time of rental.)
–You are to notify Hero Travel Support all the additional drivers, if any, at the time of rental.
–Hero Travel Support may not offer the CDW option to the following customer and / or the additional driver(s).
-Who has / have held a driverfs license less than one year in homeland.
-Under the age of 21.
-Hero Travel Support judges unqualified due to the past traffic accident record(s).
